Changing your plan
Up, down, monthly to yearly, or back again. Changes take effect immediately and are charged pro rata.
Settings → Billing → Plan. Every change takes effect the moment you make it.
Going up
Charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. New features are available immediately.
Going down
You keep the higher plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop. Nothing is deleted. If a feature is not in your new plan it becomes read-only rather than disappearing — Counterview stops running on the wall screen, but every job it ever showed is still there.
Monthly to yearly
Yearly is charged at ten months for twelve. Switching mid-month credits what you have already paid.
Cancelling
Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep everything until the end of the period. Export first; see Exporting everything.
