Let them start the job before they arrive

Let them start the job before they arrive

A booking page on your own site. The customer says what it is and what is wrong, and the job card is open before they reach the counter.

Shopfront is a page on your own website where somebody starts a repair before they come in. They say what it is, what is wrong with it, and add a photograph if they have one. By the time they reach your counter the job card is already open, and intake is a look and a nod instead of four minutes of typing.

Four fields, and deliberately no more

Every field you add to a public form is people who abandon it. Shopfront asks what it is, what is wrong, who they are and how to reach them — and leaves the serial number, the condition check and the estimate to you, at the counter, where they belong.

Submissions do not land on your board

They wait in a holding state until you accept them.

How it fits with everything else

It opens a Jobcard

An accepted submission becomes an ordinary job card, with the customer's own words in the fault field and their photograph already attached.

About Jobcard

The first message goes on accept

Not on submit. The customer is told you have it when you actually have it, which is the only honest moment to say so.

It reaches Counterview

Accepted jobs appear on the wall screen with everything else, so the person at the counter sees the booking before the customer does.
