Exporting everything
One click, a zip of CSVs and your photographs. No fee, no notice period, and no clause that makes leaving expensive.
Your data is yours, and getting it out is a button rather than a support ticket.
Doing it
Settings → Data → Export everything. It builds in the background and emails you a link when it is ready — usually a minute or two, longer if you have years of photographs.
What you get
A zip containing:
- `jobs.csv` — every job, its status history, labour and parts lines, and totals.
- `customers.csv` — names, contact details, and which jobs belong to whom.
- `parts.csv` — orders, suppliers, promised and received dates.
- `notes.csv` — every note with its author and timestamp.
- `photographs/` — the original files, named by job number.
Everything opens in a spreadsheet. Nothing is in a format you need us to read.
Closing the account
Export first, then Settings → Billing → Close account. Data is deleted thirty days later. If you change your mind inside that window, write to us and it comes back.
